CordialNet Software Solutions LLC was established in 2009 as a software services solution provider and is located in Greater Seattle metropolitan. CordialNet Communities Website Services is the flagship product of CordialNet Software Systems LLC.
We have developed CordialNet Communities Website Services to answer the needs of private residential communities. Managing, coordinating and fostering communications in residential communities is challenging. Professional property managers and Home Association Boards are constantly trying to coordinate and communicate with their residents; however, most common methods still rely on U.S. postal service. The inefficiencies inherent in using this method lead to lack of resident response to management initiatives and meeting outcomes, and to lack of community participation in decisions or events. Overall, the inefficiencies translate to loss of time (for accomplishing initiatives) and money (by spending unecessary effort on inefficient communications, and inability to reach decisions fast enough to address community issues).
This website was developed as an exclusive collaboration, communications, and coordination service for private residential communities. It is not just an open portal, nor a generic world wide web community. This service is designed to help community managers (such as professional property managers or association boards) coordinate and communicate with their residents as well as to provide a platform for resident discussions and communications.
All the features in this service were examined closely to ensure that they address the needs of residential communities. Also, we have created a moderated access model in which only authorized members of the community can access the community content. This enables greater flexibility and freedom to publish documents, photos, meeting notes, and community discussions because only community members can access the content.
In addition, we have developed the website with great flexibility in mind. For example, we have created features specifically to encourage member engagement, features that are more about making the website experience interesting and engaging to the user and can be added or removed from each community as see fit. We have also created special facilities for professional property managers who may need to access and coordinate multiple communities concurrently.
The users in this website share more than the website experience. They live in the same area (in their communities) and can augment their on-web experience with off-web experience. This service is about helping connect existing communities.
The original website concept was developed by Eyal Schwartz, a Software Architect based in Greater Seattle metropolitan. After working in large software development corporation on various consumer and platform projects, Eyal has joined an early stage startup that focused on creating Cardiac Imaging solutions for children with heart birth defects (CHD). Despite a successful completion of the project, due to the rough economic conditions in 2009, the startup had to close its doors and Eyal has decided to devote himself to create software that can help individuals, and communities in their real life - not restricted to the virtual internet world.
